Because of the nature of our products we can only accept returns or exchanges on damaged items that occur from possible production errors.

Please pack and seal your return securely using an insured carrier service. Your shipment must be sent prepaid. Shipping cost will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error (wrong size or damaged product).
